I was taking symbion for around nine months and was being advised by Mark Cobb. He was incredibly helpful with diet advice and very understanding. It took me around six months to notice big differences. My sinus problems dissapeared and rashes from Dave and body. My allergies and intolerances cleared up. I had very bad die off once I got too around four month mark. Mainly muscle pain in bum and legs. It was strange. Also suffered with bad depression. I have been using this product for some time now. Having had several symptoms of skin rashes recurring ear infections bloating for a long time and the NHS failing to take any symptoms seriously or treat them holistically or even consider the fact that I believed that I had a systemic yeast infection I read about this great great product. I cut down on sugars for a short while and took Symbion religiously. I have sorted all of the symptoms I had including the bloating well with a big help from Symbion. This is a fantastic product which I continue to take.

I used this for my 6 year old daughter who had major candida and leaky gut products. she is very sensitive and this is the only probiotic she could tolerate. All the others caused major bowel cramps and diarrhoa. About 4 weeks into using Symbion and her bowel movements were stabilised on 2 capsules twice a day. I am a nutritionist myself and have to say this is a wonderful product.

Having tried a number of different probiotics over the years Symbion is the only one that has consistently worked to deal with my symptoms. An excellent product.

When I started to take these I was also taking BioKult and eating the Gaps Diet. Having had Fibromyalgia and MCS longterm I also was very impressed by the reviews from the US on Symbion and FM so cut back down to 2 BioKult and gradually increased the Symbion over months to 4 caps daily. I long ago gave up the Gaps diet as it was making my food intolerances worse ( as indeed it seems to have also affected others this way ). I cannot say the Fibromyalgia is any better yet ( although lack of sleep is probably to blame for that) but my digestion and BM's are greatly improved. I have been taking this for a few months now. I have to be honest; I'm not sure whether it is helping or not! I have severe candida issues and these are not going to be fixed quickly. This may be why I am not seeing quicker results. Also I'm not on maximum dose so I think I will up it and see if that helps. I will continue to use this product based on the other brilliant reviews that I have seen. I found that other probiotics didn't seem to have obvious signs of helping either so I will continue to chip away at my candida issues with this one!
