My family and I take this dosage (6000) regularly for 6 months or so and then we make a break for 2-3 months and then we take it again. We also use this for our senior pets ;) We feel it working especially in our brains things seem to work smoother up there :) Also my wife has varices and she feels some improvement on that issue as well.
