I started taking MSM Max about 2 weeks ago after reading Mark Lester newsletter about it I had previously tried another (cheap) brand which hadn't done anything. I have been taking about 4-5 tablets per day. Since taking it I have noticed a marked increase in my energy. I am a Lymes disease sufferer and anything which helps bring relief is very welcome.
