I use this product to calm my digestive system as it works very quickly and effectively. It means that I can eat onions pulses and other foods which would normally cause a lot of gas and I take 1 or 2 immediately after my meal. I also sometimes use it on a daily basis to help with intestinal candida when I have been eating too many of the 'wrong' foods.
