I tried this some months ago taking one box then waiting about a month and then taking the 2nd box. I found it to be the only Probiotic product out of 4 different brands I've tried over some time to ACTUALLY make a significant and rapid difference to bloating. It worked a treat for me - flatter stomach better digestion calmed stomach. Tried a different brand again since but to no effect at all - will be switching back to Optibac now!

Have been taking this product for months and cannot recommend it highly enough. My digestive system had been sluggish for years but has now greatly improved. I take this together with one colosan pill and am a very happy lady. Thank you so much Mark - excellent advice! Linda (N.London).
