I take one of these capsules per day [together with Zn + B6] and have been delighted with how easily digestible they are - I have tried many different brands of mineral supplements over the years and am rarely tolerant of them [nausea levels building rapidly]. I am taking them as part of an ongoing anti-candida/adrenal support regime and am pleased with how my energy and concentration levels are improving.
