Took in conjunction with oregano Samento & green magna. Initially I took Burbur and Pinella separately but swapped to this product as soon as it was available as it works out cheaper whilst still giving the same benefits. I have had problems with candida for many years & had a severe relapse prior to starting these products. They started to work within a few days my symptoms improved so I felt well after about 3 months and went entirely after 6 months.
