I alternate taking 3 months of Bio-Kult with 3 months of Bio-acidophilus as recommended by the nutritionist I see who is also a doctor. I take Bio-Kult on holiday with me if I am going somewhere hot as the tablets don't have to be kept at low temperature which is very useful - unlike bio-acidophilus. I find that Bio-Kult helps me with my digestion.

Hi its early days as yet but wanted to say that after switching to Bio Kult after taking five lac for 3 months i am feeling more human again I emailed Mark about trying the thyme formular as i wasnt getting very far with my Candida (still getting lots of fungal ear infections)and i wanted to know if i still take a pro biotic with the Thyme formular I am building up the thyme formulae only on 2 a day at the moment and on 7 drops a day of Oxygene I think one of the things that has helped with taking the Bio- Kult is an increase of bowel movements 2 to 3 x a day as opposed to 1x a day before which must be helping eleminate the toxins Thanks Mark for your help and advice Looking forward to see ...(more)

I have used this product for a number of months now and must say that it definitely makes a differrence. I would recommend this product to any one.

I have been using these probiotics for my son who has special needs. He has experienced a "leaky gut" for years. We have also been using Marshmallow Formula. These tablets are so good that we have just been discharged from the Consultant who says that my son's bowel movements are close to "normal" and we do not need to see him any more. Yipee!This is the first time in nearly 4 years that we have seen any improvement whatsoever!
