I have used many of GHC's products as I feel that they are of a high quality. I've been taken this vitamin D product to boost my vitamin D level as it is quite low. This product is easy and convenient to take and tastes quite sweet even though it doesn't contain any sugar. Would recommend.

I combine this great product with Nascent Iodine (Survival Shield) as they work synergistically together. It is great to find a product that is absorbed so easily by the body and is what it says on the bottle.

After finding that my new job (working on computers indoors) has depleted my hours in the sunlight (I was a landscape gardener). I have put on pounds. 2 stone to be exact!!!
