I use wheatgrass spirulina and barleygrass (a teaspoon of each) on my breakfast cereal to give me a good start to the day. Adding a dessertspoon of hemp protein gives me an added energy boost the combination keeps me going throughout the day. I find it a great mix which really works! And I love the flavours too.
